All our packaging is 100% post consumer waste recycled and is reusable and recyclable.  Your package will arrive beautifully wrapped in its own unique saree bag.  Please see shipping + return policies below.


Shipping Policy:

  1. Shipping Timeframes: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. Most items in the continental USA will arrive within 7-10 days of purchase.  Please contact us directly if you need it sooner.  Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination address. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been shipped.

  2. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping, expedited shipping, and overnight shipping options for domestic orders within the United States. International shipping options vary. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the chosen shipping method.

  3. Free Shipping: We often offer free standard shipping on orders for our local customers in the Nevada County area.  Please contact me directly to receive your FREE SHIPPING code.

  4. Shipping Addresses: Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  5. Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays may impact delivery schedules. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Return Policy:

  1. Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the shipping date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  3. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned items. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  4. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when contacting us for a return authorization. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  5. Final Sale Items: Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

  6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect for verification purposes.
